HIGH BEAM - Ultra-bright 87 lumen
DIP BEAM - Power saving 30 lumen runs for 20 hours
RED LIGHT - for map reading to preserve your night vision
FLASHING RED - SOS mode for emergencies
The lamp adjusts through 90 degrees to focus on the path ahead and even up to a distance of 57m when in HIGH BEAM mode.

Head torch battery life

The Ultimate Performance Running Head Torch takes three AAA batteries which are included. Each set of batteries gives:
8 hours of use in HIGH BEAM mode
20 hours in DIP mode

Operation
